1. Acceptance
By using Mapicos you accept these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.
2. Use of the service
Mapicos is free and provided as-is, for entertainment and educational purposes, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Any abusive, automated or fraudulent use is prohibited, especially to tamper with the ranking or multiplayer matches.
3. Accounts
Accounts are optional and are used to appear in the ranking and to play multiplayer matches. You are responsible for keeping yours secure and for making sure your public username is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone; we may remove usernames or scores that break these rules.
4. Third-party content
Clues in “Locate by clues” come from Wikidata and their photos from Wikimedia Commons; each image keeps its licence and authorship, available through the ⓘ icon on the photo. Flags come from flagcdn.com and maps from Natural Earth. People, clubs or places appear for information only and imply no relationship or endorsement.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
